Hi @Dick StevensI recently had a stone foundation repaired at my property.

Then we have "Holly Cr#p It's Cold" winter, this is where us Minnesotans do outside activities because we are attempting to convince ourselves that it's ok that we live in a giant blast freezer.

I was thinking I might be able to get away with not having a property manager considering I have some close friends in the neighborhood that would keep eyes on the house everyday making sure the tenants are keeping up the yard, not throwing giant parties all the time, etc.
