Hey Justin Rivord I live in Flushing and have a real estate team in Clarkston focusing on southeast MI but I do have properties in Genesee.

I'm now looking for SFHs in the south, southeast Metro area and that is turning out to be crazy too.

My wife and I have been working hard to find deals on the MLS in the Southeast Michigan area, but haven't had much success.

At that price range, you are probably looking at Midwest or Southeast markets.

I'd pref to invest for cashflow so I can benefit from the rewards NOW instead of waiting to that magical day comes.I like to invest remotely on the mainland in south and southeast for cashflow and choose to live here in paradise.

Now I am focusing on markets that are currently stagnant or have dropped over the last couple of years (mainly rural southeast section of country).

Would recommend checking out Brew City Meet Up, Apartment Association of Southeast WI and Milwaukee REA. 

Stephan,I've never quoted Proper around here (AR/Southeast) but people on the forums love them. 

@Vishnu Reddy,If you're going for cash flow, you should be in Petersburg/Hopewell-- which are 20 mins south/east of Richmond.   

The house is in Southeast Houston which is a lower social economic area, but I'm find with that.
