denver market for Buy and Hold.
I'm moving to the denver area and may be looking to pick something up to live in/rent out (2/3/4 plex). Wondering how the market is there. I took a preliminary look at and seems to be a sellers market there with low inventory. Tough to make the numbers work.
Anyone there have successful rentals? are you hitting the 2%/50% rule on these or is it tough to get these numbers? If you're an agent/investor I'd be keen to chat, or please share your thoughts.

Is ANYWHERE still hitting the 2/50% on anything other than crap properties? I would really question anyone espousing that possibility in present times. Rich
