My name is Alex Larcheveque and I am a UC Riverside student that will be graduating in two weeks with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

I am willing to look in San Diego county, riverside and San Bernardino county as well being that my work allows me to commute from far away. 

The other issue would be finding a multifamily property in Riverside that actually debt covers at 90% CLTV.  

The founder, Glen Sanford is a former Wall Street guy as well as a former agent.  

Anything you buy today in markets that have 60-75% pending will still be worth at least the same as today in 1 year from now, as prices are still shooting up at the moment.I used this system in 2006 - 2008: I had a flip on the market in Riverside, CA in October 2006.

I will be moving around Riverside, CA in about 6 months.
