Looking for real estate agent- Riverside, CA

I will be moving around Riverside, CA in about 6 months. I am just starting out in my real estate journey. I would love to find a great first investment property that is move in ready. I am in the military and plan on using the V.A. loan. Preferable looking for a duplex or multi unit property if the opportunity arises.
