I know you already conceded you were not going to try this and that is the RIGHT decision, but I want to make a simple observation here.

@David Krulac can share some of the anecdotes that he has told of his observations at tax sales.

Listsource seems to be the most popular choice (based solely on the conversations I observe here on BP), but there are a TON of other ways to get lists (some of which can result in better, more current information).

In my experience police do not make a habit of stopping at law abiding citizens homes and observing what those folks are doing.

This is when I become extra observant.
