Hey KimAt the risk of sounding too generic, there's a huge price range for both of those items. 

Do you sub divide it out for upgrade / repairs / upkeep etc, or have it all under a generic repairs?

But as Jeffrey explained above, if you do it in the manner that he mentioned as a non-descript generic ad without a specific mobile home community listed, it would probably pass muster.  

It's generic and it didn't offer real life perspective.
