Financing New Construction
I own a few vacant lots in a large city. I have no concept of the cost to construct SFH up to 4 plex rentals. I am very interested in alternative building concepts like Earth Bags, and (especially) shipping containers.
Would banks be willing to finance these types of construction?
And could someone help me determine what would be my cost to finish a 1700 Sq ft SFH. I have conceptual designs that makes the home a 3BR, 2 1/2 bath, two story home. I have been researching generic costs and my best rough estimate is about $90k. I honestly think this is high.

@Richard D. Probably the best source to finance alternative construction methods would be crowdfunding , I don't see banks doing it. Good luck.
