All good questions Jason.I was just looking through the list myself at a lot that I am interested in that is next door to a house that I own.You can subscribe monthly to Tulsa County Records online for a month and you should be able to see all the liens on your subject property.

Note that the demand generation will eliminate many of the 506(b) investors that would have subscribed.
