Does anyone have any experience with Inquiso, People Smart or Accurint for finding the owners of vacant properties?

I use Spokeo now, and have for a few years, but I was hoping to find a more comprehensive resource with a higher hit ratio for phone numbers.

A one property search comparing Inquiso vs People Smart had Inquiso on top. People Smart was way off.  Accurint has the highest monthly fee at $250 but the lowest cost per searchat .65 cents.  I'm having a test drive with Accurint next Monday.

Thanks in advance and "Happy Holidays!"
