Two carts for regular trash, two for recycled, two for yard waste.  

I would also include something about the exterior- we have local ordinances about porch/yard furniture having to be outdoor furniture (to keep people from the classic couch on the porch), when and where to place garbage bins and recycling, and keeping the yard cleaned up (no garden or solo cups and beer bottles etc).  

Be sure to give them a deadline to fill it out as well.Let them know when trash and recycling is picked up and where to place it.

All day. 2-5 hanging out in front that have now chosen milk crates as their sitting vehicle of choice.

I agree with most of the comments above, the eagle does not play an important role in fact you could probably just use some variation of "green" "recycle" type icons and a home.

Next time you are at a metal recycler, grab some!  

But, I guarantee you, if I hadn't been firm about it from the get go, he would have tried to milk up as much time as he could. 

I have to pay for each use of the HELOC, but I can recycle the REFI money over and over...but only pay for it once.

I love the concept of the BRRRR method, because it allows me to recycle my money over and over.
