I would also include something about the exterior- we have local ordinances about porch/yard furniture having to be outdoor furniture (to keep people from the classic couch on the porch), when and where to place garbage bins and recycling, and keeping the yard cleaned up (no garden or solo cups and beer bottles etc).

I agree with most of the comments above, the eagle does not play an important role in fact you could probably just use some variation of "green" "recycle" type icons and a home.
