Anyone have procedures that you discuss with tenants on move-in day?  This will be my first time placing tenants after firing PM.

So far, I have:

give keys

do walk-thru

have tenant test smoke detector

show tenant where circuit breakers, water heater, and water shut off valve is

anything else?

@Yvette M. - I have the tenants sign off on the move in inspection. Also, provide utility contact info in advance, so they can get it set up before move in.
