So something I've recently added to my tenant screening/information collection is getting the make, model, plate, and VIN of my tenant's automobile. 

Even today when you're in Blowing Rock during the summer you find many Florida license plates.  

If you are so busy you cant respond to most items with in 12 hours its time to hire someone that can take that task off your plate.

If the manufactured home was built before 1978 you will still find the DMV license plates on them.

I'm looking for a boiler plate modified gross lease I can use.

If you are working with a bank officer and not a seller, just use that process with that officer.If the seller has any say in this foreclosure process, they might say “yes” just to get it off their plate.
