I am completely new to the Real Estate scene, but I am all about learning and acquiring knowledge.

Due to low inventory, strong demand from boomerang buyers and those not wanting to miss the low interest rate environment with the fed threatening more rate hikes, as well as lots of cash buyers still on the scene, the $250K and under market is still pretty solid.
