I am the ( Not so new ) new kid on the forum, my name is Juan Rivera, and I am a want to be Real Estate Investor, I have not done any real estate deals so far, despite the fact that I have been on a great number of real estate related site as a behind the scenes lurker.My current job is known in the Trucking Industry as an Owner Operator in the expediting field, ( fancy name for some one that drive his/her own truck ), I have been exposed to Real Estate Industry since the early 80's, at that time I purchased some income properties for my mother, paid cash (ho yea, cash is king), for 4 homes, rented 3 and one was used as mom's residence.

Due to low inventory, strong demand from boomerang buyers and those not wanting to miss the low interest rate environment with the fed threatening more rate hikes, as well as lots of cash buyers still on the scene, the $250K and under market is still pretty solid.
