I was so curious and I ended up buying one for $250 and its actually great, its quick and the handwriting is identical to someones hand writing and it uses a regular ball point pen which is great because it smudges and creates perfect imperfections.

I dont believe that is how it works. take 2 identical houses in a neighborhood. #1 is used as a long term rental, #2 is a short term rental. now, the money they generate is different, the STR will generate more money (while also having more costs), but their value would both be the same. in fact, a case could be made that house #1 is more valuable, as it has less wear and tear than house #2.
