One thing I haven't written much of here but I spend a lot of time thinking about is that in addition to the simple, painful fact that there is a very limited supply and a very high demand for good people to fix houses, there's a quiet but very powerful culture clash taking place between many would-be real estate investors and many contractors/handymen/tradesmen.
