If I were you I would sit down with my wife for a long talk, then move into the absolute cheapest one-bedroom apartment on a bus line that goes past your place of work that I could find.

If they're willing to abuse the system for an easier life then they are willing to abuse my lease.

Now, this can be outside of gross negligence/abuse, and maybe a small list of exclusions.  

@Drewy Osazuwa again, I appreciate that, but depends on size of project, I see materials fraud and abuse on a regular basis, invoices, receipts, and confirmation and use of materials on large scale projects needed.

I would say the same for dishwashers, a very easily abused appliance that can cause headaches.
