Any one out there: I am dealing with answering postings on Ad for Rental in seeking next tenant, & I seem to be getting group of responders who seem to be the same people, mostly women, who seem to be changing names, & phone numbers, regularly, & who don't seem to really want to find & move into Rental.

It is a little harder just to start asking people about who they know who might need to sell a house however if youre in line a subway opening a conversation with the phrase "Nice Purse" will drop the guard of most women and Can you believe this or that about sports and news for guys.ALL WAYS have business cards on your person and 2 set of purchase agreements in your car.Start mixing up your routine by visiting different restaurants and stores for those things you buy regularly.

That sounds opposite of the trend in here where increased education correlates with later marriage rates, later families and fewer children.Roy I have imagine she is making assumptions based on people she happens to know.Just looking at the articles cited in her original post if you look at the CDC report using 2002 data and the 2013 Huffington Post article that looks to be using 2012 numbers the median age of marriage for women went from 24.8 to 26.9 and for men it went from 27.3 to 29.8.

Well there are stats that say a disproportional number of part time workers are women....so people that only work part time wont meet that criteria for income....and a larger % of them will be women as opposed to men....so you must be discriminating against women....Smokers?.....
