If you are focused on craigslist, you are targeting FSBO or landlords...you would have a different message for each audience...and a different message for what you actually want to do with the property...my preference 1) Purchase money mortgage2) Lease option3) Subject to 4) Contract for deed5) Hybrid (seller 2nd)...You have to ask question to get to the root of the problem and then apply the best seller finance strategy.

During this time, my wife and I have traveled extensively using Airbnb and similar sites, and thus have that experience, as well.The problem we have consistently observed is an absolute cavalier attitude from the owners - ¨It´s my house, of course I can do whatever I want - and of course you should pay me for it¨ - and this attitude has been at the root of most arguments against Airbnb regulation.
