You should really focus on that rather than things like wholesaling which is frankly a starting point for those with no formal qualifications and little cash (no offense to wholesalers).

An investor will not pay full market value, as they need to make a profit, so if it is a marketable property, and there is no urgency to unload the property, the MLS is the best solution.My question to you is this:Knowing that some people need the assistance of an investor, is there any marketing you received that was not offensive?

Us RE brokers who study pay our E and O  and other things keep up with the rules of the road.. its offensive to me anyway that this activity by unlicensed and undercapitalized to the point of no capital folks get in and screw these deals up.
