I'm a newbie wholesaler and have been in contact with some sellers. When I'm on the phone with them I not sure what to say to them when they ask what I do? Should I tell them that I'm a wholesaler or real estate investor? A lot of sellers don't know what a wholesaler is so I try my best to explain.
