but as wholesaling goes... there is no comparison with a lender assigning their mortgage to a servicing company... the Servicing company MUST be licensed and the Mortgage originator must BE LICENSED>  wholesalers are free agents no license, no rules , no ethics , other than their own personal moral beliefs...
