I've been able to start researching a seemingly endless amount of new markets that I couldn't have had exposure to if I'd stayed in my own country. 

Hi guys,excited to post my first question in this great forum.I'm an Israeli, living in Israel, and I am looking to invest in the USA, due to the endless options for real estate assets.

Like all groups, there are a few bad apples that give the rest a bad name.There are plenty of legitimate wholesalers out there who are honest, do a great job, and jump through endless hoops to make sure everyone involved is satisfied with the outcome. 

Endless emails, calls, webinars will never let you focus on the practical activities since you’ll be always involved in some new technique or strategy that, according to your mentors, are absolutely essential to learn.

Hey @Connor Heffler - Personally, I am a huge fan of Chicago because of the endless supply of multifamily houses that need rehab and the ability to purchase properties at all price points.Additionally, there are some really great folks here on BP who will be more than willing to help out.

I listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad and got hooked on the endless opportunities in REI.
