Newbie from Connecticut
Hello, my name is Josh and I'm a recent college grad in the 9 to 5 grind looking to invest myself into financial freedom. I live in Hamden, Connecticut and work in Stratford and am currently considering investing in a owner occupied multifamily home near work. I have no previous experience in Real Estate, but since I stumbled upon the Financial Freedom Online community and found BP I've been intrigued about it and want to learn as much as possible before jumping in.
