Currently I would say CoStar has far better market data and Yardi would offer a more comprehensive suite of products (think rent payments, work orders, etc tied to an accounting platform.)Yardi is investing heavily in the space as well, so won’t be surprised if that flips soon.

It is not possible to just say no to home daycare as a CA landlord and stay within the law.I wouldn't expect Indiana's law to be as comprehensive when it comes to addressing home day care in rentals, but CA is following HUD concerns and guidelines on this.
