I don't think that Boston is permanently going to see a 12% rent decrease, especially with bigger state schools allowing a larger portion of their students to come back in the spring like UMass just announced.

My monthly rental income goal for 2023 is 50k monthly and I am more than happy to announce that I am more than 50% complete at this time and quickly growing. 

It's my understanding that you can even bar anyone who has a service animal, if you don't want an animal at the property.With that said, I still wouldn't announce that I'm not renting to someone because of ((insert protected class)).As an aside, my husband and I live in our personal side-by-side duplex. 

I agree they have changed a lot since then: The ousting or resignation (who knows exactly what happened) of the CEO and takeover by his brother (with no public announcement of what happened), the scandal with the CFO accusing them of impropriety and the company counter-accusing the CFO of extortion, and then the complete change of the business model from accredited investors to nonaccredited eReit. 

Many tech companies are expanding into San Jose including Google, Facebook, Apple, and Samsung. the prices have jumped 20% since the Google announcement.

In  2019 they announced the new FCA less than a mile away though so hopefully they move out soon. 

Back in 2019, they said they would start delivering homes in early 2020 and their PR firm regularly sends our team announcements, but we told them that we really need to see evidence of their homes being delivered before we cover them more and its now early 2021.There are a number of other great sounding prefab startups (Acre designs is one notable one) that have promised awesome product at great product that have not delivered. 

Business Week has an article this week about the pain in Greensboro, NC, and Charlotte's home of Bank of America which just announce massive layoffs.
