Apprenticeship programs, job mentoring etc... is all on the rise as employers seek desperately to figure out how to get bodies up and running to fill positions to allow them to keep up and expand.Logic can't follow your hypothesis that lack of skilled workers due to education or anything else would lead to wage stagnation.

And any advice and tax help on purchasing vehicles and what I can deduct at the end of the year for cars purchased and or financed (not leased or fleet vehicles) through an LLC and used strictly for business purposes.

I recently put my rental property up for rent and without much thought added a bunch of amenities that are good for short term rentals (coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2x towels, 2x sheets, laundry detergent, softener, salt, pepper, oil).

All it means is that profession has an organized body that thinks they do.I have no idea how many hours of training I paid for, but as I write this, I'm looking at one entire bookshelf filled with materials from paid education...and, I can say that I learnt something valuable (that I didn't learn from books) from each one.
