Amenities offered for Midterm Rental
I recently put my rental property up for rent and without much thought added a bunch of amenities that are good for short term rentals (coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2x towels, 2x sheets, laundry detergent, softener, salt, pepper, oil). But in hindsight, if someone is staying a month or more, would they expect these things? Would they bring their own?
Has anyone found that these amenities are worth keeping/adding for a midterm rental?
Thanks!
