Climate is some short winter with some snow but nothing too imposing, summer is long and not oppressively hot like Atlanta because we are at some elevation.  

The house was incredible, cool, 7 stories, elevator and I have seen the pool in many commercials/film etc..it's that lap pool that over looks L.A.

You should also have business cards ordered and give them out to everyone who speaks English and any other language you are fluent in and who would listen to your "elevator speech".

It will depend on how tall the ceiling is in the basement and the elevation of your house in regards to the sewer and water lines, it could be anywhere from a few thousand to 30k.

I have done this several times and it will elevate you to an entirely new level in there eyes.

I decided to experiment on myself and was successful and able to walk again after 2-3 weeks of self treatment using diuretics and laying down and sleeping after 4pm to elevate my legs to help reduce the severe edema.

Do the homes in place have elevation certificates?  

What I've seen is the older waterfront homes (50's 60's 70's 80's homes) at lower elevations were badly flooded.
