Quite the "lurker" type at first, similar to the way I use Facebook..heh heh, After listening to a few pod casts and browsing through the forums I finally worked up the nerve to pull the trigger on my first rehab & hold property, thank you everyone at Bigger Pockets for the giving the confidence to take the plunge! 

I am putting together the procedures and spreadsheets to crunch the numbers for various properties (still in the early stages of this) to make sure that I only go after the fair, good, and hopefully great deals.I came here mainly seeking information at first, browsing without really posting myself, creating a membership, etc...

I've been browsing the ABQ real estate offerings out there and there seem to be some good deals out there (I've toyed with the idea of investing out there as well).

If you're just browsing courses you may want to pass, because without work and comittment the course would be a waste of $, as would anything worthwhile.
