Well I signed up to Bigger Pockets a few months ago. Quite the "lurker" type at first, similar to the way I use Facebook..heh heh, After listening to a few pod casts and browsing through the forums I finally worked up the nerve to pull the trigger on my first rehab & hold property, thank you everyone at Bigger Pockets for the giving the confidence to take the plunge!
