My buyer thought it was Christmas, he was so thrilled to hear it. 

Seeing's how December's last Friday of the month is Christmas I am reserving a table for December 18th, at 6PM at the MT Pints again.  

If they do it well thank them and send them a gift card at Christmas time or something.

I'm thinking of buying the bigger Pockets books on investing for Christmas.

They just will love this story.. successful fox news anchor  trophy wife and house.. of course they probably drive Benz or Range rover and take exotic vacations.. like anyone who I successful does not do those things.. but you know how they love to sensationalize that stuff LOL  this guy fits the mold and it will make for a riveting AG episode no doubt.

They celebrated his sons birthday, and Christmas at our house (without the hotel staff bugging them, nor the awesome bleach-y hotel smell).

They get out there and they mow their lawns, they have the brick repointed when the mortar wears out, they get guys up on their roofs to replace their shingle, they get on the municipality to redo the sidewalks, and they resolutely hang out their decorations for Halloween and Christmas every year (look for dedicated efforts block-by-block during the holidays).
