Two different people came by when we were  doing the demo and asked about renting the apartments.   

Demos Loizides, I have no problem with people using these or any other marketing tool.

They will do an on-line demo with you if you give them a call.http://www.buildium.com is another popular program I've heard spoken favorably of.

Their AM best and demo tech downgrade are now no longer acceptable for most lenders. 

Not zoned for a house, getting demoed by the city, etc.Until you sell the property and get past all of the renovation unknowns you don't know that you will make any money on the property.

But electrical, demo, tiling, finish carpentry... not a lot of quality subs out there.

You are going to have to demo all off it.

The property will end up with a lien against it for the demo cost.

I have an electrician and an electrical inspector who are willing to let me do demo and some of the rough work and will make sure it was done up to code, this is because my PA registration as a home improvement contractor and the fact that I'm not working in a municipality where this is prohibited.
