I have not yet decided on where exactly I would like to be and am open to the location as long as it can be accessed by public transportation. 

I had high hopes for Mayor Lightfoot, but I fear the poverty pimps have taken over City Hall.Look for niche neighborhoods and niche renters, and remember; transportation costs and housing costs are one and the same.

All things being the same there are transportation costs to consider. 

It doesn't appear to be right on or very near the university transportation system.

Why should unregulated Wholesalers? 

My assumption is that houses that run along that line maybe somewhat depressed in value due to the difficulty one would face in using public transportation to get anywhere.

The city is building a huge park, stadium and public transportation is with 2 miles.

Temple is focused more on industrial, transportation, and healthcare jobs and has a stable workforce.

AS long as property has good access to public transportation like light rail.

I require reliable transportation for work, and also it gives me the ability to put my boat in and out of the water so its not something id like to sell or sacrifice at this time.
