The speaker doesn't usually start until 7:30-7:40 and speaks for about 45-60 min depending on the number of questions.

I believe this one will also fall into that category.And yes, when the REIAs bring in national speakers I believe you have to understand why they are coming there... to sell their courses.Sandra is local and a full time investor making her living from tax deeds, so the content will be relevant to Central Florida.

The speaker was very knowledgeable and I am interested in contacting him to perhaps help me with financial planning. 

I had an excellent foreclosure attorney speak at one of the meetings I host (and @David Krulac will be my next excellent speaker in June).This attorney said you have to open probate with the county recorder of deeds so that you become the personal representative for the estate.

The speakers are usually geared towards new investors so that could be a really good resource.  

He currently does well I think but there is always room for expansion and growth so I"m looking for something that can help take him further.So for the active investors out there, I'm looking for either book recommendations or speakers who do seminars/live events that you truly felt made a difference in your investing career and you saw the growth and or change from that class or seminar.Thank you in advance!
