Looking for a specific podcast but cant seem to find it..

Hello BP,

I listened to a podcast a while back and cant seem to relocate it.  I went through the list a few times.. maybe it was removed.  Anyway the guest was a Financial Planner and the topic was purchasing properties with all cash.  He also spoke on the topic of annuities.  The speaker was very knowledgeable and I am interested in contacting him to perhaps help me with financial planning.  Can anyone help me track him or that podcast down?
