New member from Bakersfield California seeking mentor

Hello everyone,

My name is Jason and I am from Bakersfield California. I am new to BiggerPockets. I began listening to the podcast only a few days ago and i am very interested in learning about real estate. I would like to find a mentor to teach me about real estate. I work full time as a safety professional in the electrical trade and I am willing to work for someone part time to learn. I am not sure what my real estate strategy will be yet but I know that I want to increase my wealth through real estate and build a legacy for me and my family.
