tread lightly @Jeffrey Kops  Wholesaling in FL is a very gray area (and in my opinion illegal).

Check out the podcasts for gray information and read "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.

I would prefer not to be in that gray area unless there is a really good reason supported by strong facts.

As recommended at a recent seminar, I am going to pre-select a set of supplies (or maybe two--one beige and one gray) and stick to that (with exceptions, of course, as necessary).

Meaning, the sky is gray today, and you want out, you can during that due diligence period.

That one sounded pretty interesting as well, but the one I'm thinking of would monitor how much time you're on each app and will gray-screen your phone when you go over the limit you set for it.

I've come to understand that assinging under a purchase contract is a very legal gray area in PA.
