I thought about that, but I think telling him he has to leave if he doesn't sign a one year lease is a pretty dick move.

I had a gentleman tell me the WCRT & CAREIA are two real good groups for meet ups that arent just a giant sales pitch.

For the vast majority of people a house isn't an investment asset, it's just a giant ANCHOR.

I have a pretty well defined demographic that I operate within, and houses have to fit that profile, and every Tom Dick and Harry thinks they're going to make a killing on anything out there.

Granted, some of the things I'm about to outline may not be very feasible for most:- Bring a giant chunk of capital to their institution whether it be in the form of a business checking account or CD.
