Breaking Into Real Estate Investing...
... I'm 18 years old and have been really researching real estate investments. The oppourtunities seem really interesting. However, I don't think anyone would take me seriously if I tried to buy their house and I am just trying to establish credit with a whopping $250 limit card.
...Anyways what avenue should I pursue to break in and get some hands on learning?
