in looking at Yelp reviews of my vendors that have in house PM ( some of the largest in the country in that asset class) everyone of them have horrible yelp reviews.. as a owner contemplating buying a rental house and using 3rd party management I would give yelp reviews a zero ....

We have previously contemplated Austin (polar opposites with housing prices).Do we follow my job or do we quit everything and move to Austin?

I'm contemplating putting an offer in on a SFH that is split into a front/back duplex.

That seems like a good strategy, one I have been contemplating.
