LLC and partnership contracts

Does anyone have an exemplar of a simple LLC and a partnership contract for a two person deal? I know that is vague but I am looking to buy a quad with a partner for the first time. We are going to use an attorney to draft documents, but how do you know what a solid one is versus junk if you have never had one done?
