One of the nurses at my doctor's office was telling me a story about how they rented a former home that was underwater & it all went south & the stress out her husband in the hospital with a heart attack.In Mississippi I would find a close hanger stuck into the meter base jacking the power.. now that takes some b@@@S  talk about getting electrocuted..

As with any two cities, the strength in each category varies.We also have found that Fayetteville, Arkansas; Kansas City, Kansas; San Antonio, TX; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Chattanooga, TN; Jackson, MS; Baton Rouge, LA; Knoxville, TN. and Springfield, MO. have really strong numbers.

I was down on the MS gulf 2 weeks after Katrina.. and I had a friend in New Orleans  and the amount of shootings and killings was vastly under reported ..according to him..

That is why I created my own software to streamline sorting through and dealing with records and people who know how to use Excel can do a decent job, but never as accurate and streamlined as something similar to a MS Access 2003 database application.
