Bathroom will be a selling point if you go with the vintage-farmhouse look and I personally would be thrilled to have a big ol tub to soak in.... :-) You could also apply a frosting or privacy film to the bottom half of windows, so that the renter doesnt have to have a textile covering (which harbors mold and bacteria, not good in bath).

Joe Bertolino Servpro was the name I was looking for... and we use drying services here in Oregon to dry out our houses that are framed in the winter... you can't sheet rock and insulate until you hit a certain moisture reading in the framing material.so same in a flood situation.. if its gotten through the sheet rock and soaked the studs then you need to dry those out and rebuild.
