We do use a polymer enhanced multipurpose thin set (MAPEI) when working with an uncoupling membranes - I'll check to see if it would be suitable over cork.   

It's no texturing and no painting.

However, we are committed to continuously enhancing this strategy, and we would love to learn from other members of the BP community about their remote leasing frameworks.  

Most of my tenants would have received all of their enhanced unemployment by then and be starting back to work within a couple of weeks.

My painter spent two days removing, the drywall guy came in next day to texture and the painter painted on day 4.

Elements of that plan are part of the construction-tax package, though the set-asides allowing developers to build taller and denser buildings would be voluntary and the density bonuses enhanced.

I had another crew who installed sheetrock, Mud, Texture, Paint walls... and other professional Millwork installer who installed all doors, window trim, baseboards etc.
