Hello everyone! I live just outside of Tampa, Florida and am currently a landlord of 1 SFH but will be looking to add more homes starting in about 2 years. I'm looking forward to networking and gaining knowledge through this site and its wonderful members!!

John Thedford thank you, I haven't yet joined our local REIA but will be looking to do that shortly. I grew up around real estate offices and helped with contracts and commissions etc. while I was attending college. I plan on getting my real estate license within the next year also.
Jenkins Ramon I loved them all but I think #15 with Glenn and Amber was a favorite since my husband and I always work together on our rehab projects (primary residences to this point).
Mehran Kamari Thanks for the welcome! I have learned quite a bit over the last 4 years of being a landlord and will continue to learn.
