So, they can actually be your eyes on the condition of the property.In your shoes, if you think they are causing the problem, I'd suggest you have a pest control that must enter the unit as well as spray outside - once a month.

Right now I'm spraying the stairs and about 24" up on all the walls.  

You can't just spray some cheap ozone stuff and it goes away.

We offer quarterly inspections with perimeter spray inside.

I let them know that they should have just sprayed it when before it got big...  

Then lived in a duplex where one dug a den for winter under the front porch, it woke up in mid winter and sprayed..

@Kyle Rosseau - I have some colleagues who swear by rock gardens, since it is low maintenance and just needs to be sprayed with weed killer every now and then.Plants will need trimming jobs around them, or grass and weeds will grow up around them.

Just my opinion, though.Quite a minor point but as an uptown commercial plumber I'd put clear acrylic caulking on the joint between toilet and floor, and wipe and wet and wipe your finger and wet with a light spraying mister and repeat until it's a nice smooth 1/8" edge without any blotches around about.
