I will, however, issue prompt payment to them upon completion of their work, inspection by me and any AHJ that may be required.From a contractors point of view... there are just as many sketchy homeowners/investors/clients as that group perceives there to be sketchy contractors. :)

If that is the case, try running answers through a custom filter or a well-trained prompt so it answers in more of your personal voice!

That said, it would seem if your dates are true and you were prompt in opening the notification as soon as you got it, that this is an issue for the HOA to make right given there extreme delay in notifying you of this significant change to their policy.
