What would you want to hear form an agent as an investor?

I am planning on giving a short presentation to a group of local RE investors in Vermont. I've attended their meetups regularly and other vendors/ industry partners have given presentations at our monthly meetups. I'm struggling to decide where I could provide the most value to them AND demonstrate my own value-add in such a way that would prompt them to work with me in the future. 

What would you want to hear from a local agent as an investor?
