@Tanuja Nihir Shah I unfortunately wasn’t aggressive and outsourced portfolio building to my friend in VA and thus I have properties which appreciated much less than the ones in NJ and is harder to manage them now that I am trying to do them remotely.

I would say Newark on the whole is not for the faint of heart and management is a challenge especially if you want to out source and you have a very small portfolio.

Thanks @Adam Michael AndrewsThey're a real company but they do a ton of complicated outsourcing from other countries and it really makes their processes slow and nonhuman.We did end up going into business for ourselves and it has really been going well.
